The quality of the fill was nice and supportive with having enough give. However, the amount of fill that was in the pillow was significantly lacking. It does include a package of additional fill, but even with that added, was not satisfactory. Honestly, needed another package of fill. Not sure why it was not filled well in the first place.... So the value is lacking, too expensive for what you get.

Of course the company sells more of the fill stand alone, but I wish it was just the right amount in the first place.

I love this pillow so much. I had a Purple Pillow for a couple years and wanted to replace it. I compared a new purple pillow to this Coop pillow and it won in a side by side comparison. I love that you can add or remove the filling for your specific comfort. I followed the instructions that it came with to fluff it and then adjusted it as I wanted. It is so comfortable!

I am sleeping better with this pillow but it takes awhile to determine how much fill you like. I have had it for a month now. I like the fact that I can adjust it to my needs. My sleep quality is improved. If you are desperate, try it.

I really like how heavy this pillow is, however, I’ve ended up using it as a divider between my husband and I in bed so that he doesn’t kick me rather than using it as a neck pillow. I did use the pillow for a few weeks, but it was just too firm and was propping my neck up, which was giving me a lot of pain. I tried removing some of the filling, but it didn’t really help. After having a lot of pain in my neck for a couple weeks, I realize it was probably the pillow and I stopped using it and now it’s preventing any rando kicks in the middle of the night instead. And I have to say, it’s a very thick pillow and works well!

Looks and feels luxurious! I absolutely love no chemicals to smell!! Soft, but yet somewhat “supportive” > I say somewhat because the stuffing moves around and no matter how much you fluff before going to sleep, it shifts and I wake up in pain. I tried adding more stuffing and it seemed to help for a night or two, but it was back to shifting and waking up in pain. It’s a shame as there is so much to love about it. (minus the price) I do feel that if there was more latex intertwined with the fluff and if the cover was a bit smaller/ tighter, that perhaps it would come close to the perfect pillow.

The beauty of this is in how eco friendly and contouring structure. It's amazing how removing even the smallest of harmful products improves life. This is super comfortable and lends itself to a peaceful rest. It is a tad pricey hence the 4 not 5 stars.

This soft and refreshing pillow is super comfortable. It's thick and doesn't look like it's going to sag any time soon.
The pillow seems to heat up much less and the coolness is acceptable.

Upon opening the pillow from the packaging, a strong odor follows. Instructions says to put into dryer to get rid of the odor. The pillow had 6 dryer cycles and still had a smell to it. Although it's been 4 weeks now and the odor is now gone.

I am someone who goes through pillows more then anyone should. I get headaches, neck pain, wake up feel sore, the list goes on.

I feel like goldilocks and the three bears. I can't have it too firm, I can't have it too soft, it needs to be just right. And oh boy this one was just right!

It amazed me how you sink in to a nice super soft and comfortable feeling pillow, then stop almost at the perfect amount of cushion and the pillow then provides support. But the support is not firm hard support that is pressing on you and causing pain. Its soft support? Its a very hard feeling to explain.

It doesn't allow you to sink into a poor position that hurts you, but its also not pressing against you with firmness causing you to hurt.

Besides the comfortableness of the pillow, it is very nice and quality. Hands down the highest quality of pillow that I have personally ever seen myself.

It's very breathable and cool. I didn't find that it made me hot, or retained any of my body heat. It stayed almost a tad under room temperature.

I love it personally, and I am going to recommend it to anyone who needs a nice soft support and not a pillow pressing on them giving them headaches or neck pains.

OK to tell you the truth, I never buy pillows that come in a box. I didn’t know this one came in a box I may have not bought it. However, I love this pillow. I am so glad I didn’t know it came in a box! It is soft feels very comfortable. The quality is top-notch. Yes is expensive but for quality sleep is worth it. The thickness is a little on the thin side, and the bag of extra stuffing they send is very small. But I believe I’m going to be OK with it. I grew up with a latex pillow. I was very sad when I had to give it away after 36 years of use! This is going to do the trick. Worth the money.

I recently purchased the Coop Home Goods Adjustable Latex Pillow in king size, and it has been perfect for my sleeping needs! The combination of Talalay latex and microfiber fill offers excellent support with a natural cooling effect, keeping me comfortable throughout the night. Bought a lot of pillows different materials— expensive and cheap — but this is the magic pillow for me! I also sleep on a wedge and my neck was always hurting with pillows. Not this one. Latex is natural. Like that a lot. This one is Talalay latex.

I've spent years and a small fortune looking for a supportive pillow that works for me. This has stopped a neck ache after a few days. I'm going to buy another for my husband. Thank you for making a product that works well. Yes it's a little expensive to import to the UK but still worth it.

Before getting this pillow I tried Sleep Number ComfortFit Ultimate (best pillow according to NYT WireCutter) , and Purple Harmony Pillow medium (most recommend pillow I’ve seen anecdotally). Sleep number wasn’t a fit for me. I didn’t mind the Purple Harmony, but it was nearly $100 more expensive and the same type of latex foam, and on top of all it was less customizable as it was one piece of foam. This pillow is far superior in terms of customization and price. Save yourself some money, time, and neck pain! I am a stomach and side combination sleeper. If you are too I bet this will be a good fit.

I switched to the Coop Home Goods Adjustable Latex Pillow because I was tired of traditional memory foam feeling hot and stiff. This pillow immediately felt different — it’s a hybrid of Talalay latex and microfiber, giving it a springy yet plush feel that’s supportive without being rigid. The adjustability is a game changer: I was able to unzip it and remove some fill to perfectly customize the loft for side sleeping.

Out of the box, it had almost no odor (a slight natural latex scent that disappeared after a few hours). Cooling performance is impressive — the Talalay latex breathes way better than dense foam, and I never woke up sweaty, even during hot nights. The cover is also super soft and made from eco-friendly materials, which I appreciate.

After several weeks, it’s retained its shape without clumping or flattening out. I sleep part side, part back, and it comfortably supports both positions without needing constant adjustment. I did a lot of research before buying and can confidently say this is one of the best designed pillows for people who want cooling, natural materials, and true adjustability without compromise. If you like that responsive latex “bounce” instead of that sinking memory foam feel, this is absolutely worth it.

I am a side sleeper. I don't like my pillows too big and bulky but I also don't like my face to sink into a pillow like a hot poker on a marshmallow.

This Coop pillow seemed like it was the answer to my prayers.

When I received it I followed the instructions and let it toss around in the dryer to fluff it up. The first night I had trouble sleeping on it because it just didn't have the bulk that I'm used to. The cover felt really nice on my face but the pillow just didn't have the same firmness that I am used to. I added more filling for the second night, and then more on the third night. The problem I found was that by then there was too much loft and the filling didn't seem to stay where I wanted it to stay. Maybe I am just too accustomed to my $50 pillows. I also found that my face did sink into it more than I like.

I will continue to experiment with this pillow because it is excellent quality and made to last. I'm sure it is just an adjustment on my part. There is no odour from the materials that I can detect and it is definitely well made. A little overpriced in my opinion but once I find that perfect fill level I will likely appreciate the value. Excellent product for the right person!

It is very different and needed a couple of adjustments but i think I finally got it right. The cover could be softer but otherwise a great pillow. I have slept better and the size is great and it is comfortable once i changed the cover.

Comes with a pillow cover, interior pillow, and a extra latex fill. The interior pillow is already prefilled and is filled for back sleepers. Unlike some other adjustable pillows, the interior has a zipper so you can easily add or remove fill but you still need a container for the extra fill.

The pillow itself is very nice. I would say it is plush and on the softer side but still feels supportive. I have both a adjustable pillow with memory foam pellets and a memory foam pillow. This is a bit softer than the memory foam pellets but much softer than the memory foam pillow.

It also gets less hot than memory foam pillow.

Since it is latex, it is a bit on the pricier side but I don't find it too big of a difference compared to memory foam pellets. If you want my recommendation, I would try an adjustable pillow with memory foam pellets first which this brand sells for about half or 1/3rd the price of latex. If you feel you need something softer and more supportive, you can then try latex but if the adjusable memory pellet pillow doesn't work for you, then this probably won't either.

I am sleeping really well on this pillow. I spent countless time researching and buying pillows to help me with a serious neck issue without success. I finally found the one! I added just a hint more filling and it was great! If you have struggled with neck and shoulder issues from sleep you should consider this pillow.

I am a little confused with this pillow because for one hand, I finally found a pillow that can be properly fitted to my long neck and I like that I like how it feels when I place my head in there, but I highly dislike the fact that I’m using two pillowcases Cool of materials and still hot, so if you live in a cold place, it’s good for you and if you doesn’t suffer of any heat issues in your body, it’s OK it’s great but I live in a hot weather place and I don’t like to turn the AC too low because then I can’t sleep with allergies, so far this is not giving me allergies as my other pillows so that’s another good point, but all these materials are always overheat. They take body temperature and concentrated inside, so that’s why you get super hot. overall, if I find a way to keep it cooler, I will have give it five stars.

Fluffed in the dryer as recommended upon arrival. Did add a half bag of the extra fill and it has been perfect. No odor or smell whatsoever. Very comfortable and a good quality pillow.

The I selected the Eden Memory foam pillow by COOP totally not the same.

Nice quality pillow but not as comfortable as their less expensive one. My wife likes the shredded memory foam much better although it took a couple days to air out to remove the smell

After a week of use, this latex pillow kinda deflates like a sad balloon. You'll be digging your hands into the casing daily to redistribute the filling - which honestly feels more like cheap polyfill.

Here's the deal-breaker: the "natural latex" claim feels pretty misleading. The filling ratio's way off - maybe 20% rubbery crumbs swimming in 80% synthetic fluff. Feels like they took a basic fiber pillow from Target's clearance aisle, tossed in a handful of latex scraps or memory foam bits, then slapped a "premium" price tag on it. Not much different from coop's Shredded Memory Foam Pillow, feel is also a fiber pillow, switching to latex just sells more expensive. If I had to choose, I'd suggest going with their memory foam one because it's cheaper.

Total letdown if you're expecting long support. Save your money - this is greenwashing with a zipper.

Great pillow. Shredded latex feels more substantial than shredded memory foam, in a good way. Better support and more comfort. I did not have any issues with smell like some others may have stated. This pillow is a winner.

Been using this pillow for more than a week and I like it so far. I do need to fluff it each night to get the filling to where I want it, but the pillow is overall soft and supportive. I often have head and neck pains from pillows that are too dense or hard, but so far this one has been nice. Not sure if worth the price, the true test is to see how it holds up over time, but it is nice that it comes with extra fluff if I need to adjust later on.

I have gone through two other coop pillows. I like the quality I just have a hard time finding the perfect loft and firmness.
The first one I bought was not for me but my husband likes it. It was too hard for me and I woke up with a headache however I did like the shoulder cut out.
I then bought the Eden pillow which is a medium firm pillow. It worked for about a year but would flatten out and feel too compact and hard I would need to fluff it regularly.
I heard about Talalay latex pillows and thought I would research them and was surprised to see coop had just came out with one in February so I bought it since I do like the quality and customization of coop pillows.
This pillow is soft yet supportive due to the latex. You’re not going to sink to the bottom. It bounces back to it’s shape every morning so I know it will be perfect when I lay my head down at night.
It doesn’t put pressure on my head and neck and cause any headaches. I slept on it the way it came for a couple nights before deciding I needed to add more filling. I used half the bag of filling and it is perfect now. It is a cooling pillow as well my Eden did get a little warm for me.
The great quality of all of the coop pillows are worth the money. The outside cases are nice and thick I still use my own pillow case but appreciate the quality of the one it comes with. The zippers are nice and smooth as well. All of their pillows are heavier but I prefer that.

Omggg!! I love this pillow! I have tried so many different pillows and this one is like no other, seriously. It’s different than memory foam, the latex makes it bouncy and you don’t suffocate lol. I definitely recommend this pillow!! It’s extremely comfortable!!

I wanted to love this pillow but it has some issues. For context, I have had the original coop pillow for nearly 2 years and it has started to go flat. I LOVE the original but read that the filling in the new ones had gone down in quality so I needed something new. I tried a normal latex, a purple pillow, tempurpedic, and this shredded latex. This was the best one of the bunch but it still isn’t cutting it.

Pros: Higher loft than other pillows, nice pillow case, doesn’t get as compressed as other pillows, not as bouncy as a pure latex pillow, comfy when I first lay on it

Cons: The latex fill moved around SO much. I always wake up in the night and all the fill is above my head and my head is no longer supported which causes me to have to flip it over and over again. I used all the fill that was provided so the fill is not the issue. I have to fluff the pillow before bed each night. I like the case but the case from the original is better. It has high loft at the beginning of the night but sinks.

I’m considering buying additional fill to try to fix the issue of it moving around or maybe putting my tighter original pillow case on it. Not sure how to solve this issue!

Soon as I got this pillow in the mail. Opened. Washed the pillow cover. Put pillow with stuffing in dryer for 30 mintues on low as instructions give. Took out then dried the washed pillow cover. Put back on.

Upon opening package- Suprisingly no chemical smell like most pillows and pillow cases have. Once pillow case wash, dried and pillow fluffed from dryer.

Pillow itself very fluffy and responsive when you press into it. Bounces back to shape in seconds after putting pressure, weight on. And when you hold pressure on it, its supportive but soft. Soft but very supportive which is a surprising combination to find nowdays. A pillow making my neck, shoulder pain go away. Extremely comfortable. Like sleeping on a soft supportive cloud.

And here I was about to go order one of those big name brand pillows whose reviews don't even touch the high rated reviews for this new latex adjustable memory foam pillow from coop home goods. This pillow is going to be in amazons top 10, daresay top five. Just give it a few more months and more reviews dialing in.

About to recommend and have my fiance order this pillow for himself. He is a stomach, side sleeper and has a hard time finding just the right pillow. Have a gut instinct this pillow would be perfect for him. 💤 😴 🌙 ❤️

This pillow is very comfortable but VERY expensive... we have owned a 100% latex pillow for the past 8 years that has held up amazingly well and provides a XX firm, more mattress-like of a pillow experience; that is not what most people want in a pillow but for one of us, that old latex pillow is the ideal agaist which all other pillows will be measured. We ordered this Coop Homes Talalay latex/Fiber fill pillow to see how it compared. Overall it is a very nice pillow and very pleasant to use at night for back or side sleepers, but not as firm as a 100% latex pillow. I liked that it comes with extra fill, so we added all of the extra fill to see if it would make it even firmer, but sadly it was still not as firm as our 100% latex pillow for our one family member who loves the all-latex one; that is probably fine for most people's sleep preferences but if you are used to 100% latex, just be aware that this a different experience. The pillow is extremely well made with very high quality fabric and very nice zippers and sewing. I would recommend this for most sleepers looking for a very high end pillow experience!

This pillow is very supportive. It really does a great so of conforming to my neck and I wake up with no neck pain. The quality of the pillow is very good. I also think the cover is nice. The talalay latex are small bits and with some microfiber. There is no smell like some of these other latex pillows. Overall I really recommend this pillow.

I admit I’m the worst person when it comes to finding a pillow I like. I usually go through quite a few before I find one I actually like, and even then I’m usually looking for a new pillow before long. I have a great pillow now but it’s a king sized pillow and I have found I don’t like king sized pillows, even though I have a king sized bed (not sure why). When I saw this pillow I was intrigued as I’ve never slept on a pillow that was made with latex filling and I was looking for a smaller sized pillow.

When I first got the pillow, I did as instructed, put it in the dryer for the recommended time to fluff it up. The first night I decided to sleep on it as is without adding any extra filling. I didn’t feel it gave me the firm support I was used to. The second night I added half the bag of extra filling. It was comfortable but not quite as firm as I like (I’m mostly a side sleeper). Third night I added the rest of the filling to the pillow. When I first started sleeping on it I thought it was going to be too full and fluffy but I found it has gotten a little more compact and firmer as I’ve been using it, but not quite like the pillow I had. The pillowcase it comes with is very soft and luxurious feeling.

So my conclusion is, I do find this pillow pretty comfortable but not as much as the one I had been using that was about half the price.

This pillow is the one! After literally trying a dozen cervical neck support pillows of every brand, I went back to this type of traditional pillow since it is latex-based. It is perfect support for back and side sleeping. It is softer, but more supportive and breathable than the prior memory foam Coop pillow I’ve used in the past. Love it!

I've tried many different adjustable/shredded and solid latex pillows. With the solid ones it was very difficult to get the right loft and firmness level. The adjustable ones were mostly laughable since the filling was like 80% polyester fiber and a tiny amount of latex, so they didn't behave or feel like latex should. I tried one that had no polyfill, but was then hard and lumpy. So in my experience there are not many good options out there for adjustable shredded latex pillows. This one surprised me. Especially since lately I have not been a fan of Coop because they have changed/cheaped out I suspect on their memory foam pillows. They used to make excellent filling, but in recent times you can't even get the same thing twice. However, despite all this, I was too curious not to try this new latex pillow. I have to say it is actually quite a good choice. The ratio of actual latex to fiber fill seems right and the pillow does feel and respond like latex should. It also comes with an extra bag of filling, which most do not. So you can get the loft and feel just right. I am pretty impressed with this. So as long as Coop doesn't eventually change the fill in this pillow too, I would recommend it. I rate this pillow well above the others I've tried. 👍🏻👍🏻

Update: been using this pillow for a couple weeks now and no neck pain/discomfort! Seems to give more consistent support compared to shredded memory foam or poly fill pillows. Great pillow. :)
