My Mom has a lot of hot flashes so I bought this for her. She absolutely loves it. Even the lowest setting is enough to cool her. It is not heavy on her neck and she can still move her neck. This fan can last 6 hours if on the lowest and second lowest setting. The fan blows all over her neck and not in one place. Charging only takes about 30 mins. This fan is also easy to wipe off and is made very sturdy. She absolutely loves it and says this is one of her favorite gifts. Absolutely Recommend

Great idea and nice to use on a hot day, though if in a hot space the air blowing will be hot, too. On lower speeds, it isn't very loud, but go up on 4th and 5th speed and it is loud and noisy. Useful item in the heat. Easy to set up and use. Highly recommend.

It’s great for the summer and the air flow is amazing, the only problem is that the air does not reach the back of your neck. The price for me feels kinda high too for this product but overall not bad.

Even at the highest level I don’t find this strong enough or helpful on a hot day. Used it on a 88 degree day in NYC. Doesn’t help much. The only time I find it helpful is if youre in a space that isn’t too hot and or has some AC such as a train or in doors. I love the concept but needs to bee stronger. Btw your hair will occasionally get stuck in the fan. Not frequently and not terribly but it will.

I have found that heat is one of the biggest triggers for the melasma on my cheeks and forehead so I bought this fan. It is such a huge game changer! Perfect for helping sunscreen dry down, keeps the hair at the nape of my neck all dry when I'm on the treadmill, and keeps my face cool when I'm working in the yard.

Fairly comfortable and quiet, you barely notice it's around your neck. Lightweight and holds a good charge. I would 100% buy this again - my melasma has been lightening since I've been using this fan and my makeup holds up better because of it.

My only complaint is that there isn't a battery status indicator light that I can figure out but I'd have to go back and find my manual.

Perfect speed settings. I am going through menopause and it is a huge help when the hot flashes are raging. The only thing I would change is if it were adjustable so that it could point directly to my face too but it really does work great. I would buy again and recommend.

I don’t write many reviews, but after using for the first time this week, I can’t say enough about this product. I teach in a school with sketchy a/c and this week would not have been bearable w/o this neck fan. Due to medical condition, I probably would have had to take at least one sick day due to heat if I hadn’t bought it. It is easy to use, comfortable to wear, and easy to charge through USB-C cord plugged into my laptop. As soon as temps started getting to me, usually after lunch, I put it on level 2 or 3 and wore it the rest of the day. Easy to turn on/off or adjust cooling level with one button, without looking while multitasking. I don’t know how it does it really; it’s like a portable air conditioner for your head. Room temps when I wore it were 78-83F and I was not irritable or distracted by the heat as I usually would be.

It charged quickly and is easy to use. Even on low it puts out a good amount of air. As other reviewers state, obviously when you are outside and in the heat it will just blow hot air at you, but that's better than no air circulating around my face at all. I wish the power button was not so easily activated, if you have it in a bag or something it may turn on with gentle pressure by being bumped into by other items. That's why I only gave it 4 stars. I wish that it instead had a slider.

I do some volunteer work outside year round. So in the summer when it's 95 and humid out, it gets more than a little sticky. This fan can definitely help keep air circulating. It's very quiet - even on the highest setting with the fans right by my ears, I can still hold a conversation. It keeps a charge very well, so I don't need to plug it in often. My only complaint is that it's pretty big and a little heavy. It looks like I'm wearing a huge paid of headphones around my neck. If it were a smaller profile, it would be perfect!

Thanks to the review of another menopausal woman on Amazon I bought this neck fan in November 2022. I have used it every day since then to help manage my hot flashes, which are intense. Not only is has this fan helped, it has enabled me to function without HRT when the flashes come night & day. The fan is quiet enough & with a low enough pitch that I can wear it whilst working with others, talking, and watching TV or Movies without disturbing others. The fan has air vents in all the right places, including around the back of the neck which is important and some more modern fans do not have this feature, beware. I would only suggest adding a vent on the underside of the front as well so that it can help cool my chest area. The fan is light weight enough to even forget you're wearing it. I keep my hair up to help keep cool but it can work with my hair down, although sometimes catch my hair when doing so. The battery life is good. I have only run out once when I used it much longer than normal. On a normal day it last all day & night until I charge before I go to bed. It has been such a God send I am ordering another one. Many women who has seen me use it have now gone on to buy their own. People often mistake them for earphones!
